I am very pleased to provide a testimonial for the excellent conference support we had from Gayle Hodge and Stacy Nairn and their team from In Conference. We hosted the British Gynaecological Cancer Society in Glasgow and the professionalism, expertise and readily available support made the organisation and planning of this meeting very straight forward. I have attended conferences organised by In-Conference for many years and have always found them to be well organised, personal and extremely professional. Recently I was tasked with organising a large conference for over 500 delegates. Having volunteered to host a national meeting the day came when it suddenly dawned on me what I had done. I needn't have worried though as I found my new friends at In-Conference. Over 2 years they helped, nudged, prompted and guided me. By the time we came to the meeting everything had magically become organised and I was able to enjoy the 3 days instead of running around sorting out problems. AICR, the Association for International Cancer Research, which is the leading international cancer charity dedicated to funding cancer research around the world, celebrated its 30th anniversary by hosting a hugely successful conference in St Andrews, Fife in April 2010. The conference would not have attracted nearly 200 delegates nor gained the support of over 20 scientific and non-scientific companies who gave financial assistance to the event, without the professional commitment from the staff at In Conference Ltd. They worked tirelessly to secure sponsorship, attendees both scientific and our invited guests, prepared all our promotional materials and kept the project moving forward. The project planning manager, Jenny McMahon, played an invaluable role in the success of the event, giving me an insight to her wealth of knowledge of how to plan and execute a major event such as this anniversary conference. The onsite skills of the In Conference staff when dealing with international delegates was an inspiration, and their enthusiasm could not have been more upbeat. They are a great team and we now have a valued friendship with all who worked on the project.

The 2014 WAIMH conference which was held in Edinburgh in June was one of the most successful WAIMH conferences to date with over 1,500 attendees from 52 different countries.
