ICQG 2012
4th International Conference on Quantitative Genetics was held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in June 2012. The conference was attended by over 700 delegates making it the largest conference in the series. The main conference ran over 6 days, and in collaboration with the meeting, we also managed a series of pre and post conference courses for the European Institute in Statistical Genetics.
WCE
International Epidemiology Association 19th World Congress of Epidemiology (WCE) was held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). The congress attracted over 1500 delegates, making it the largest to date. Over 2200 abstracts were submitted through our simple but sophisticated electronic submission system. Registration costs had to be kept to a minimum to ensure that as many delegates from disadvantaged economies from around the world could attend, we attracted delegates from over 80 countries.
CIVICUS World Assembly
We were the organisers for the 6th, 7th and 8th CIVICUS World Assembly which were all held at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), Glasgow.
AICR
Association for International Cancer Research (AICR) 30th Anniversary Conference: Today's Research - Tomorrow's Therapies was held at the Fairmont Hotel St Andrews. Nobel Prize Winner in Physiology Medicine delivered the Anniversary Lecture. The conference social programme included Welcome Reception with Beating of the Retreat, Whisky Tasting, Ghost Tour and Conference Dinner & Ceilidh.
Commonwealth Forestry Conference
18th Commonwealth Forestry Conference was held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in the summer of 2010.
IMGS
International Mammalian Genome Conference (IMGC). In Conference worked on this conference since 1998, the conference annually rotates between the US and Europe, over this period some of the venues where we managed this conference included Edinburgh, Seattle, San Antonia & La Jolla California & Florida.
Isotopes
The 9th International Symposium - Isotopes was hosted at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on July 2006.
