We will negotiate the best group rate with the hotels in the vicinity of the venue and offer this as a booking option for delegates.  However, we also feel it is important to inform delegates that they should first check out third-party sites such as Expedia, Travelocity etc. as they often offer a limited number of rooms at a cheaper rate. 

As you will see from our other current conference websites, we offer tips for delegates to cut accommodation costs if they are on a budget and we can also offer a ‘buddy’ option whereby we can match same-sex delegates to share twin rooms to save on costs. At the end of the day, our aim is to make it as affordable as possible for delegates to attend.
